RE: RESTROOM BLDGS.

Has the City of Yelm parks & recreation dept. spoke with the City of Sumner Parks & Rec. Dept. Appx. 3 yrs ago I built a number of bathroom enclosures for them. The Design was rather poor, but obviously constructed to the high city standards. Now, this was a start in the right direction. I think that if they look at the cost of permanent restrooms bldgs, there is a larger maintenace cost associated with it along with the precious capital expenditure. Yelm doesn't have the tax base of Lacey; but more closely mimicks a urban Eatonville. For more cost saving ideas, Email me...Rick Gehrkeinc@aol.com
