City of Yelm Defies Judge, Still Issuing Building Permits

Is the City of Yelm and Mayor Ron Harding defying the November ruling of Superior Court Judge Chris Wickham regarding issuing building permits with out proof of water?
You may remember, the The Nisqually Valley News quoted Mayor Harding saying “the city will continue to do business as usual,” regardless of the fact Superior Court.
Concerned?
The Department of Ecology is responsible for enforcement of water rights in Washington State’s municipalities. The Department of Ecology is is complaint driven, so email to find out when Judge Wickham’s ruling will be enforced.
