Ann Wahrmund, former information technology director for Weyerhaeuser, replaces commission chairman Carlos Perez on the city’s Planning Commission. Wahrmund has been a Yelm resident for 15 years and saw a notice in the Nisqually Valley News about an opening on the commission and decided to apply.

Is the City of Yelm and Mayor Ron Harding defying the November ruling of Superior Court Judge Chris Wickham regarding issuing building permits with out proof of water?
