Tahoma Terra

Tahoma Terra is a Master Planned Community on 220 acres at the end of Longmire Street and north of Berry Valley Road. The applications includes a conceptual master plan for the entire 220 acres, a final master plan for the portion of the property east of Thompson Creek, and a subdivision for phase I (89 lots at the eastern edge of the property).
This page, hosted on the Yelm City website has all the application in PDF, starting in April of 2005 and ending in August of 2005.

The trial court concluded that:
The Dragts breached their contractual obligations to DeTray by [1] selling the
Property to Tahoma Terra without prior notice to DeTray, and [2] by refusing to
divide the proceeds from the sale as called for in Article 9.7 of the LLC
Agreement.
